ERM Implementation and Business Continuity Planning
Facilitated the implementation of Risk Management where the Risk management function was non-existent. We built and deployed the risk infrastructure, ISO9001 operational risk management systems and early warning risk intelligence systems. Also carried out the risk modelling and actuarial valuation and developed the business continuity plans.

Carried out risk capital modelling for capital raising purposes and reinsurance programme structuring as well as statutory Actuarial Valuations. The strategy setting exercise we have carried out in the past few years has been instrumental in the transformation of Zimnat General Insurance Company into a top performing company in the Zimbabwean market (Now Rated A+).
Basel II & IFRS 9 Model Validations
Have validated Basel II and IFRS 9 Credit risk models for ZB Financial Holdings. Trained the Audit team on IFRS 9 models.

Advised ECGC on the designing and implementation of the first Collateralised Side-car in Zimbabwe. Designed and helped implement the ERM, ORM and BCM frameworks. Carried out Risk Capital Modelling to help in raising new capital and advise on the structuring of the Side-Car. Redesigned the business model, policies, and business processes. Trained all staff and the Board on ERM. Advised on recruitment of Risk Management Staff.
Business Restructuring and Reorganisation
Successfully advised ZIMRE Holdings on corporate restructuring and business process re-engineering. The group has since turned around and now highly performing.
